About The Author

Cesar Arboleda immigrated as a young boy from Colombia, South America, to Lowell, Massachusetts, where his love for imagination and storytelling first began to take root. A proud American citizen, husband, and father, Cesar believes deeply in the quiet magic found in unexpected places, the kind that brings families together through wonder and warmth.

Frankie the Ghost Train is his first children’s book, inspired by a bedtime story he once told his sons, Jackson and Luca. What began as a nightly tale shared with laughter and curiosity has now become a story for all families to enjoy — a celebration of courage, kindness, and the power of imagination.

Beyond writing, Cesar is co-owner of LaBelle Winery in New Hampshire and the founder of Acre Publishing, a creative platform dedicated to bringing meaningful stories to life. He is married to Amy LaBelle, winemaker and co-owner of LaBelle Winery, and together they continue to build businesses and projects that reflect their shared passion for creativity, community, and inspiration.

An excerpt from
Frankie the Ghost Train...

I don’t know how to describe it, really…

But the moment I stepped inside, I felt different. Stronger. Taller. Braver. Like the train was whispering… "You are special."
